Power Flow Yoga L2
Level 2 goes of the foundations of level one, but opens the doors into wide range of possibilities. Starting to include bind's, inversions, balances, deeper backbends and openings you can challenge the body to a whole new level. Be ready to push yourself to new limits and to try new things, learn about your yourself as you grow with your practice. *must be comfortable with L1*
JOGA Athletic Yoga
JOGA has been described as a “pre-rehabilitation and rehabilitation yoga system.” JOGA speaks to the Athletic Body and Athletic Mind.
JOGA (Athletic Yoga) The system involves 4 segments that can be executed all at once and used as a functional workout or individual segments can be used for dynamic warm-ups and/or stretching and relaxation. The movements/postures are the same every time and are infiltrated with benchmark postures so practitioners can test their own results in terms of finding a balance of strength and flexibility. The focus of JOGA is to educate participants about the mechanics of the body, how to move within the body’s limitations, and overall awareness of body intelligence. *athletic based program*
Booty Barre is a sexy, energetic, fun workout that fuses fitness techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body. Suitable for all levels. Bring your yoga mat, water and towel to class. *suitable for all levels*
Fusion yoga is a free-style yoga put together for each individual class. With a mix of flow, hatha, yin, backbends and so much more the class is always changing and revolving into new things. If you don't want the same sequence every time this is the class for you. This fun light hearted class varies on the group, but come prepared to sweat and have fun. *suitable for all levels*
Building the foundation to yoga and a little flow, including gentle stretches and breathing exercises as well as simple movements designed to systematically increase the range of motion of every major joint and increase energy. This class is ideal for students with chronic symptoms such as muscle/joint pain, stiffness, weakness, or fatigue. *suitable for all levels*
A fusion between yang (active) flow to get the body warm and moving and a yin (passive) practice with long holds and deep stretching. This practice will help release tension in the body by opening up into the deep connective tissues of the muscles, connecting to our chakras, firing up your breath, while grounding our mind. *suitable for all levels*
A fun class with a emphasis on core and toning throughout the body. This is a physic class with lots of movement will be sure to make you sweat as you try new things. *suitable for all levels, intensity increasing*
Based off the foundation of breath with movement, connecting the body with the mind this class is suitable for all levels. This strong intro class will teach the fundamentals of ashtanga yoga, sun salutations, ujjayi breath, energy locks and vinyasas to prepare the student for the full primary series of ashtanga yoga. *suitable for all levels*

This power flow class will torch calories as you stretch and tone your body while relaxing your mind. This fun and fast paced class is suitable for all levels, building strength and stability. Enjoy a fun practice in the calming of a candlelit room. *suitable for all levels*
Yoga Nidra Yoga Nidra is a technique in which you learn to relax consciously. It is the practise of Pratyahara, sanskrit for “sense withdrawal”. Sleep with a trace of awareness. A method of complete relaxation physically, mentally and emotionally. It opens the deeper phases of the mind. In Yoga Nidra, the conscious mind shifts and the subconscious and unconscious mind begin to open. In kids yoga we sing songs, read stories, play games and explore yoga poses. Students will learn some Sanskrit terms and yoga philosophy. Yoga benefits children in many ways: - builds strength, coordination, flexibility and body awareness - gain awareness of self-health (nutrition, exercise, positive self image) - improves concentration - teaches self-control and self-discipline - teaches children to relax and be calm - teaches empathy and respect for self and world around them - it is FUN!
